Our mission is to celebrate reading books that tell us more than how to feel, but make us feel. Through genres of fiction and philosophy, we can talk about what a book we read has to say with us, from where we are, and to where we might go.

Dog-Ear, Digest, & Discuss is a monthly meeting to discuss a portion of a selected reading. The readings will be selected for their emotional and philosophical teachings of how we navigate loss, grief, joy, the parts of ourselves we have forgotten, and the parts we can discover. These themes will be explored through accessible literature, not “self-help books.” We encourage thought through personal tethers to the stories that immortalize our experience in many facets. We don’t want to know what the author was thinking, we want to know what you felt. In the end, all our stories are our stories; let’s share them.
