Rachael Maher, MS, LCPC, LMFT is a licensed therapist, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) supervisor, and the founder of Little Bear Counseling in Montana. She specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate stress, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm using attachment science and EFT principles.
