Programs

Explore our programs that provide Montanans with consistent mental health support to promote overall wellbeing and prevent mental health crises.

Connected Communities

“Connected Communities” connects people with impactful strategies for supporting their mental health while building positive relationships through workshops led by licensed practitioners and experts, and fun activity-based meetups.

In addition to our core programs, we connect people to community resources and stories from others that break down stigma, help people ask for help, and connect people to services in their community.

Community Resources

We exist to connect people with the compassionate, professional resources they need. We are proud to support and highlight organizations across the state of Montana.

Stronger Than Silence

“Stronger Than Silence” offers group counseling and intervention trainings for Montana’s most at-risk population groups. Our vision is that over time, this program will grow to offer long-term mental health support for for Montanans who face the greatest barriers to mental healthcare.

  • Our Mental Healthcare counseling scholarship program is currently on pause, while we launch “Connected Communities” and “Stronger Than Silence.”

Full Circle

While initial programs will be launched in and around the Gallatin Valley, our goals are much larger.

We envision a network of Suffer Out Loud chapters across Montana that offer “Connected Communities” and “Stronger Than Silence” programs in their communities.

We are committed to changing the stigma that prevents people from seeking help, and ultimately save lives that would otherwise be lost to suicide.
